Crémant Brut
- AOP Crémant de Loire -
As premium wines, the production of Crémant de Loire follows very strict regulations. But it is through this rigorous process that elegant, complex wines are achieved, with fine bubbles and a subtle bouquet.
The blend of Chenin and Chardonnay, grown on schist soils with a clay-dominant composition, brings freshness and balance to this cuvée.

Pétillant Naturel
- Ancestral Method -
Harvested from varied schist terroirs, the blend of Grolleau and Cabernet Franc brings freshness and fruitiness to this Pétillant Naturel Rosé.
This cuvée is the result of an ancestral method that involves bottling the grape juice while still fermenting, producing wines that are more refreshing and fruit-forward.
Grape juice
- Sparkling red -
The ruby red color comes from the Gamay de Chaudenay, whose juice and pulp are naturally red.
We begin the harvest by manually picking this juice to reduce its sugar content. The pronounced acidity of this grape variety is essential to bring liveliness and freshness when tasting the grape juice. This is also why it is sparkling.
